Senior Sales Manager—Account Manager
Salary: £25-£30K basic + Uncapped Commission
Gritting.com have provided commercial gritting and snow clearing services throughout the public and private sectors for the last twenty years. Due to our expansion plans this year we are once again increasing our sales structure to support the demand for Winter maintenance services and are seeking an already accomplished Sales Manager or Sales Executive looking to take that next step into a developing Management role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Proven Sales Success & Growth of Business (minimum 4 years)
- Ability and experience in selling and managing accounts at all levels (Facilities Manager to board level)
- Drive to exceed expectations.
- Competent use of all aspects of MS Office
The role incorporates both sales & account management and will require an experienced Sales Manager to focus on both sales and managing their own accounts. Account Management is an integral part of this role during our Winter Gritting Season, which runs from October until the end of March. However, building excellent relationships with new and existing clients as the role progresses is key to the success of this role.
With Gritting.com currently following an aggressive expansion and development plan it is a very exciting time for the whole team and the new support services.
